SBS Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane Production Line

SBS Self-Adhesive Waterproof Membrane Production Line is widely used in industrial and civil buildings, such as roof, basement, toilet, bridge, park, swimming pool, tunnel for waterproof and moistureprof. Bitumen is a hydrocarbon and is created naturally from crude oil. It is a useful carbon store and does not generate greenhouse gases. The membrane is therefore a sustainable way of storing carbon on the Earth's surface.
The equipment mainly includes five parts of waterproof membrane machine:
1. Coiled material production line
2. Bitumen modification preparation system
3. Thermal oil heating system
4. Cooling water recycling system
5. Lampblack management system

One side: PE film; another side: sand or slate flakes

PE film on both sides.

Embossed or plain.

5. Function: Can produce SBS/APP modified bitumen membrane, self-adhesive modified bitumen membrane. All functions in one line, or in single line. According to customers requirements we can make different design.
